Michelle hails originally from Staten Island, New York and moved to South Florida in 2000. Before joining the Adler Team Michelle had worked for 20 years in the service and medical field. She obtained her EMT license and was a Captain managing over 100 volunteers in the Ambulance Corp.
Michelle has worked for the Adler Team since moving to South Florida. “I understand the importance of home ownership, it has made a difference in my life, and now I want to help others find their dream home.” Michelle is a star power trained agent and has completed the Buyers University, where Buyers Specialists are trained in all areas of the home buying process. She is one of our top negotiators and is our Lead Buyers Specialist, helping all the other Buyers agents with their negotiations. Michelle is the type to do what ever it takes to help anyone. Whether working with a team memberor a customer, Michelle knows that it is all about service!
Michelle sells over forty homes a year to people in all walks of life. From first time home buyer to the more seasoned million dollar buyer, Michelle knows how to satisfy a customer. However, there is a lot more to Michelle than being a multi-million dollar producing real estate professional. Michelle and her husband Kevin reside in Coral Springs along with their eleven-year-old son Brandon. When she is not working Michelle enjoys being a mom to her family, which also includes two dogs.

Michael is a real team player who has been working in real estate for over twenty years. He started his training working with South Florida’s legendary realtor Addy Adler, who in turn has been in the industry for almost thirty years. Gregory Mullen was born in Melbourne, Florida. He grew up in Boca Raton and has always had a passion for real estate and investing. Gregory is also a musician and sailor. He even played in the Florida Atlantic University Orchestra. He has family in North Carolina and travels there periodically.

Donna Incorvaja Buyers Specialist
Donna comes from Malta, an island just south of the coast of Sicily. She has been here in the United States for years, and other than her romantic accent you would think she grew up in South Florida. She speaks Italian, Maltese, French, and yes , English too. She has been working in real estate for about a year and what little she lacks in experience she makes up for with lots of enthusiasm and hard work. When we need something done we ask Donna. Donna has a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and uses these skills to make you feel at home in the home buying experience. She managed an English language school and taught English as a second language. She was a professional singer in Europe, and performed in several operas and musicals including Madam Butterfly, Carmen, and the Merry Widow. She is a great and natural cook and loves to be with people. Pascual is originally the Bronx New York where he worked in the retail and service industry. Pascual worked in high -end clothing on New York’s famous 5th Avenue prior to joining the Adler Team, having moved to Florida to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Pascual is of Puerto Rican and Dominican descent and is one of the Spanish speakers on the Adler Team. While working in the fashion industry, Pascual developed excellent skills in customer service and a great understanding discerning his client's needs. People who know Pascual will tell you that he is professional, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking. He genuinely enjoys helping others and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his customer's happiness. Wendy Smith Listing Coordinator
Wendy is our Listing Coordinator who handles all aspects of getting your home ready for showings - taking photos, putting your home on all our web sites and initiating all marketing with our marketing team. She gets feedback on showings and puts information about what is going on with the sale of your home on your personal password protected web site.
Brady Closing Coordinator, Licenced Agent
Brady is our Transaction Coordinator. She handles all sales contracts to closing. She works closely with sellers, buyers, Realtors, title companies, attorneys and all other parties involved in the sale of property. Brady is also a licensed real estate agent. She will handle all aspects of the closing process after you get a contract.

Mary Ann is part of our marketing staff. She works updating our web sites. She has been with Christine for over fifteen years and also helps the listing coordinator in implementing the 100 point Adler Team marketing plan.

First Time Buyers >The Seller May Pay
The costs of buying a home may be daunting. For example, you may have finally saved enough for a down payment on your first home, with a little left over to buy the furniture you will need. Then you hear about having to pay closing costs you weren't anticipating, and this may seem like a real setback.
One way to cover such a shortage is to make the sellers an offer that calls for them to credit you for some of the closing costs. As a rule, the sellers may pay a maximum of 3 percent of the sales price if the buyer is putting five percent down. If the buyer is making a down payment of 10 percent or more, the seller can contribute up to 6 percent of the sales price to cover the buyer's closing costs. Some items, such as prepaid taxes and the first month's mortgage payment, must be paid by the buyers. Sellers may also contribute to paying the appraisal, points, title insurance, settlement attorney fees, state or local transfer taxes and similar items.
Keep in mind that if the credit is included in the price of the house, the appraiser will have to justify the amount, based on sales prices of similar homes in the neighborhood.
